Our client, a leader in innovative medical education, is seeking a Director of Educational Strategy to join its growing team. The organization develops accredited CME/CE programs for physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and pharmacists.

Reporting to the President/CEO, this role will identify funding opportunities, build and maintain supporter relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Identify CME/CE opportunities for grant support aligned with the company’s strategic focus
• Conduct ongoing outreach to existing and prospective supporters through video calls, presentations, and industry meetings
• Monitor industry news, market conditions, competitive activity, and educational trends
• Identify potential supporters based on therapeutic topics, product development, and market intelligence
• Assist with preparation and submission of grant proposals, budgets, applications, and supporting documentation
• Manage communication of educational outcomes and project status reports to supporters
• Develop collaborations with healthcare systems, medical societies, patient advocacy groups, and other strategic partners
• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with relevant industry requirements, including ACCME and OIG guidelines

Prior CME experience is not required.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of business development experience preferred within medical education, medical communications, healthcare media, or a related organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills and business acumen
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to travel as needed
