Job Description:

Our client is an innovative continuing medical education company that develops strategic, data-driven educational initiatives for healthcare professionals across multiple therapeutic areas, including Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Hematology, Oncology, Pediatrics/Neonatology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, and Rare Disease.

As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Director of Outcomes Analytics & Strategy to lead outcomes planning, assessment strategy, reporting, and educational evaluation across accredited medical education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop outcomes plans and reporting strategies based on needs assessments, educational objectives, and program deliverables
  • Review needs assessments, proposals, and budgets for alignment with educational design and outcomes requirements
  • Develop and review needs-assessment surveys, pre/post-test questions, interactive assessment questions, and program evaluations
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Scientific, Editorial, and other internal teams on educational design and outcomes strategy
  • Review educational content to ensure alignment with learning objectives, program goals, and intended outcomes
  • Manage outcomes reporting for grant supporters, including data compilation, analysis, interpretation, and discussion of findings
  • Prepare and deliver scheduled outcomes reports and upload required information into grant portals
  • Coordinate the design, development, and timing of outcomes reporting with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate with supporters regarding outcomes requirements, reporting, and program results
  • Identify opportunities to present or publish outcomes through industry awards, CME conferences, scientific meetings, posters, abstracts, or publications
  • Support additional outcomes and educational strategy initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or degree in adult learning, educational design, outcomes research, or a related field is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in CME, education, outcomes assessment, or program evaluation
  • Strong understanding of educational design, assessment, and measurement principles
  • Experience developing outcomes plans, assessments, and reports for medical education programs
  • Familiarity with basic statistical analysis is a plus
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentation experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with shared networks, corporate systems, and digital applications
