The organization delivers trusted digital education in partnership with leading medical societies, associations, and advocacy organizations, helping learners make informed medical decisions that lead to better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategic and tactical relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations across IME/CME, Medical Affairs, and Patient Advocacy.
- Develop funding opportunities in collaboration with strategic channel partners across CardioMetabolic, Kidney/Renal, Primary Care, Oncology, and other therapeutic areas.
- Manage relationships with medical associations, centers of excellence, and advocacy partners to create industry funding opportunities for HCP and patient education.
- Promote grant support for live-online CME and patient education programs, partnerships, and related offerings.
- Build and manage relationships with Medical Affairs leaders, CME Directors, Managers, Coordinators, and advocacy teams across pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies.
- Consistently meet or exceed funding goals through consultative business development, strong product knowledge, and supporter relationship management from grant submission through outcomes reporting.
- Partner with editorial, production, marketing, and leadership teams to identify new program, partnership, and funding opportunities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture focused on results and strong internal and external relationships.
- Work closely with leadership on strategic business development priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Support negotiation of working agreements with HCP and patient partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of successful experience in medical education consulting, business development, marketing, or program development
- Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers across the industry buyer chain, including senior leadership
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience in Primary Care/CVRM, Oncology, or Rare Disease is a plus
- Experience with online media, digital learning, or technology is a plus
- Prior biotech or medical device experience is a plus
- Membership in ACEhp or MAPS is a plus
